Wife: Nettie Marie Cook Kerr (1884 - 1961).
Children: Cecil M., Kenneth, Muriel and Alice J. Kerr.
Burial: Reece Cemetery, Greenwood County, Kansas.
Mr. Kerr came from Coffey county, Kansas, to Greenwood County, Kansas, in 1884. He settled in section 26, of Spring Creek township. He was a Farmer and Stock Raiser. HIs post office address
was Reece, Kansas which was about 5 miles north east of the farm.
Authors note. Although Leon E. Kerr was recorded as farming in section 26, he didn't own the land. The land was owned by George H. Kerr. There was also a Rex A. Kerr, farming on the same land, his father was James Kerr..
