Grace Post Office.
Grace post office open August 7, 1889 and ran to April 30, 1891, closed and reopen October 16, 1903 and ran to March 31, 1909. Frist postmaster was Joel Turner.
Authors note. Grace Kansas, was named for Grace Baker, who after the rail road came through moved to Goodland, Kansas.

Grace Kansas, 1912.
Grace, a small hamlet of Sherman county, is situated in the Beaver creek valley, about 18 miles northeast of Goodland, the county seat. It was formerly a postoffice, but now the people receive mail by rural delivery from Edson, which is the nearest railroad station.
