Mr. Caldwell was living in Chetopa, Kansas,which is in Labette county. In 1873, he was a Agent for Adams Express Company, on Maple Street.
Mr. Caldwell at some time moved to Oswego, Kansas, I couldn't find out what he did for a living, at this time. I know he was a Civil War Veteran, being in the Minnesota Cavalry.
