Children: Lyman, John C., Sherman, May Bender.
Burial: Bethel Cemetery, Erie, Neosho County, Kansas.
In 1906 Mr. Bender lived in Neosho county Kansas, lived in section 30 of Grant township. He was a Farmer and postmaster of Kimbal Kansas.
