Birth: Dec. 30, 1845, Ohio.
Death: Jan. 6, 1916, Oberlin, Decatur County, Kansas.

Wife's: Addie M Bingham Parker (1848- 1890) and Ella R. Bush Parker (1852 - 1937).

Children: Olga N. Parker Pinkham (1879 - 1974).

Burial: Oberlin Cemetery, Oberlin, Decatur County, .Kansas

Lewis Gilmore Parker, 1845-1916, married Addie Bingham, 1869 (4 children, 2 survived: Olga & Clyde); married Ella Bush 1892, 1 daughter: Helen Kansas Parker who married Lt. Roy Carrington Kirtland (they had 1 daughter: Helen Fauntleroy Kirtland).

Mr. Parker was also a Civil War Veteran.

Mr. Parker came to Decatur county, Kansas in 1879, and settled in the township of Oberlin, in the town of Oberlin, Kansas.  In time he would be the publisher of the Oberlin Times.
