Death; May 6, 1912.

Wife:  Sarah Benson Weaver ( ?-1897 ).

Burial; Sunset Hill Cemetery, Herington, Dickinson County, Kansas.

Mr.  Weaver came to Dickinson county in 1874, and settled in section 28, of Lyon Township of Dickinson county.  He was a farmer and stock raiser.  He had 120 acres in section 28, and 120 acres in section 27, the farm was called Redwood.  His post office address was Herington, Kansas which was about 6 miles north-east of the farm.
